About the product

DynaSense is a 3-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for precise measurement of acceleration and tilt along three axes. The sensor is suitable for inertial measurement units, structural monitoring systems, tilt measurement and seismic measurements. An integrated temperature sensor ensures reliable operation in the −40 °C to +125 °C range. Optional temperature compensation increases tilt measurement accuracy to 0.001° within ±20° of the calibration position, with an angle measurement resolution of 0.0007° (0.006 mm/m).

The DynaSense control unit is a configurable, universal unit for dynamic measurements with low power consumption — it enables battery operation and wireless synchronization of measurements between devices via WiFi, wired LAN or optional LTE. It supports three measurement modes: precise (up to 4 kHz, full recording), aggregated (minimum, maximum, average per interval) and real-time (up to 500 Hz with instant transfer to the cloud). Control is via an integrated web interface, the cloud, or MQTT.

Typical deployment areas include dynamic monitoring of bridges and viaducts under traffic loads, vibration monitoring of industrial machinery and halls, seismic measurements and ground movement monitoring. DynaSense allows measurements to be triggered based on an initialization event and supports inter-device communication — ideal for distributed monitoring networks with automatic event chaining.
